We offers to our guest two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom, all on the same floor
During your stay, you can stay in the back porch, suitable for breakfast when the sun begins to warm, in the living room if you need some relax, in the beautiful west porch, that looks like a greenhouse, or in the garden, well equipped with sun beds and comfortable chairs.
You can also take advantage of the "sports" area with table tennis and archery from 25 meters.
Or relax under the ancient oak trees or stroll in the pine forest around the house.
For the trek lovers there are many paths, the Parco della Vena del Gesso, Monte Battaglia, Monte La Fine, The ridge of Valmaggioreand many others.

Dogs are welcome, but owners have to follow some basic rules:
- Collar / Leash always at hand.
- If dirty, clean my master!
- Having the health card with the number of the microchip.
- Wearing the medal identification with name and phone number to call in case of loss.
NOTE: The dog can sleep in the room (not in the bed). We offer the dog's bed and the dog bowl!

VERY IMPORTANT: the location is in the wilderness and it is very important that the dog follows orders, because it can be attracted by the presence of wild animals. Also, being in contact with other guests, the animal must know how to stay with people and other animals (my dog is a female border collie, very sweet and used to socializing with her peers).
